… was created to keep our community informed, inspired, and connected. It shares upcoming events, highlights past gatherings, introduces members and speakers, and offers insights relevant to English speaking women living in Tuscany. 

Whether you are a long-time member or newly curious about our network, the newsletter is designed for women who value connection, professional growth, cultural exchange, and meaningful community.

Our website offers members a valuable opportunity to build their digital reputation and professional footprint within an international community of women.  Upon request, members may submit original content for the Members’ Articles section.

Submission Guidelines

All members can contribute to our newsletter & the website

In order for your submission to appear in the main body of the newsletter, please submit: 

  • Article of approximately 400 words max.
  • 2 photos max of the same aspect ratio.
  • Watermarked (preferred) images if there is a copyright concern.

If your article must be longer than approximately 400 words:

  • It will be published on the WIN website with a link in the Newsletter.
  • In the newsletter, it will be displayed in a boxed text with 1 photo, brief intro, and a link.

Contributing to Our Website

Contributions may include professional insights, cultural reflections, or personal perspectives relevant to our network.

Submission guidelines follow the same principles as our newsletter policy, with the main difference being article length and format. All content is reviewed to ensure alignment with the mission and values of the Women’s International Network of Florence.

  • The Newsletter Editor is appointed by the Board and is responsible for overseeing the content and publication of the Newsletter.
  • Submission of content does not guarantee publication.
  • All submissions are subject to editorial review to ensure compliance with the above stated Submission Guidelines.
  • The Editor reserves the right to request revisions or decline publication of any contribution that does not meet these criteria.

 

Contributors must ensure they:

  • Have rights to the submitted written material.
  • Are authorized to use submitted images for publication.
  • Have submitted material in keeping with WIN’s values of a supportive community; avoiding defamatory or inappropriate content.
