Introduction
Women’s International Network of Florence was founded in 1991 as a social and professional organization for English speaking women residing in Tuscany. Over the years, it has grown into a vibrant and supportive community where connections, ideas, and friendships naturally flourish.
We provide a safe, friendly, and inviting environment for women to meet both in person and online. Whether newly arrived or long established in Tuscany, members find a welcoming space built on openness and shared experience.

Network Essentials
Meeting participation
Our Network meetings take place on the second Wednesday of each month, with the exception of September and January, when they are held on the third Wednesday. We take a summer pause, with no official meetings in July and August.
To attend, please reserve your spot (and that of your guest, if applicable) by the deadline indicated in each event sign-up.
If your plans change, we’re happy to help. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance can be refunded or transferred to the following month’s meeting. For last-minute cancellations, we will do our best to offer your place to another member.

Women helping women in Tuscany
Our program offers a wide range of activities and events. We host engaging talks with English speaking experts on diverse topics, from culture and wellbeing to entrepreneurship and personal growth. We organize intimate meetings for women to discuss subjects that matter deeply to women, creating space for open dialogue and mutual support.
For those looking to grow professionally, we offer events and workshops focused on developing business skills, encouraging leadership, and expanding networks. Just as importantly, we create social occasions where women can simply relax, laugh, and enjoy each other’s company, because community is built as much over shared joy as it is through shared ambition.
For more than three decades, the Women’s International Network of Florence has brought together women of different backgrounds, experiences, and generations, fostering meaningful connections and a true sense of belonging in Tuscany.
